1. Service Overview

1.1 Services Offered

• Maintenance and updates

• Existing website redesign
• Web design
• Hosting and deployment

1.2 Project-Based Services

Each service is subject to an individual quotation specifying:

• The project scope
• The expected deliverables
• The completion timeline
• The number of included revisions

2. Service Terms

2.1 Fixed-Price Projects

• Deposit of 30% to 50% depending on the project
• Work begins after receipt of the deposit
• Remaining balance due before final delivery
• Any major changes may require an additional quotation

2.2 Maintenance

• Monthly or annual billing
• Interventions limited according to the selected plan
• Requests outside the agreed scope are billed separately

3. Scope of Work

3.2 Excluded Services

• Content writing
• Advanced marketing strategy
• Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary content (texts, images, logo)
• Validate project stages within reasonable deadlines
• Appoint a primary point of contact
• Respond within 3 to 5 business days

5. Intellectual Property

• The client becomes the owner of the website after full payment
• The agency may showcase the project in its portfolio
• Unused elements remain the property of the agency

6. Revisions

• The number of revisions is defined in the quotation
• Any major changes are billed separately
• Requests must be grouped and clearly communicated

7. Termination

• Termination is possible before final delivery
• Completed work remains payable
• The deposit is non-refundable once work has started

8. Payment

• Deposit required before project start
• Remaining balance due before going live
• Late payment may result in service suspension

9. Confidentiality

• Client data is strictly confidential
• No disclosure without written consent
• Secure file storage

10. Liability

• No guarantee of commercial results
• Liability limited to the amount paid
• No responsibility for third-party services (hosting providers, APIs, etc.)
